Police Chase through SE/ Downtown

Crimewatch reader emails this:

I ... live a couple blocks away from the Stone Arch Bridge ... Heard sirens and two fast engines tearing down 6th Ave SE towards the steam plant and Stone Arch Bridge, saw a red SUV being chased by a police car and both proceeded at pretty high speeds across the bridge where I'm sure they encountered pedestrians or bikers. Didn't look like anyone was injured on the bridge and that the chase continued once they got to the downtown side. I walk across the bridge all the time and that would have to be a scary scene as a pedestrian or biker.
